Sukadev Mahakuda, 65, had been traveling home through the Nagada forest in the Indian state of Odisha when a sloth bear pounced, attacking him from behind, the Times of India reported. Mahakuda grabbed a nearby bamboo stick in a bid to fight the bear off and it eventually loosened its grip allowing him to flee. He was rushed to hospital after suffering injuries to his back and legs. He is currently undergoing treatment and is in a weak condition, the Time of India reported....

While DICE has been making rapid changes through three large Battlefield 2042 updates, there are still a number of issues with the game which continues to frustrate the community. This was announced in a blog post on the game’s official website, and the decision to axe the feature is said to be a result of DICE discovering that “soldier dragging would negatively impact the core gameplay loop.” That is, the animations that would be required to make dragging teammates “look and play well” would be long and complicated, which would, in turn, alter the overall speed of the shooter....
